Coughlin Porter Lundeen

Donald Proctor recently joined Coughlin Porter Lundeen as a civil engineering project manager. Proctor has 14 years of experience in site, road and utility engineering. He will lead the company's civil team on Snohomish school district's new elementary and high school projects. Coughlin Porter Lundeen does civil, structural and seismic engineering, and is located in Seattle.
